We offer Free shipping for standard delivery, $15 for expedited delivery.
When will my order ship?
Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Depending on destination location, standard delivery is 1 to 5 business days. Expedited delivery is 1 to 3 business days. Taiahiro will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holiday on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Taiahiro will make every effort to ship your order according to the estimated lead time, but shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If there are any unexpected order processing delays, Taiahiro will contact you and provide a revised shipping estimate. This kind of situation rarely occurs.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the US. Please if you could help to leave your physical address in order to avoid missing package as some carriers could not deliver the package to PO Box address.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Taiahiro products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If wrong address is provided by the customer, and leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Taiahiro will not replace the order or issue a refund.
