I placed an order on 1/6 and have not received my order. I've also emailed this company multiple times for an update and haven't received a response

…. After a small modification, that’s is.
The support on top that is supposed to hold the iPad (12,9 inch) is way to low. The tablet will tip backwards immediately. I solved it by replacing it with a higher one. See image.

I got this keyboard for a Christmas gift last year, and as writer, I enjoy the ASMR of the clacking of the keys. The action on the keyboard is great, too. The one fix would be to add kick stands to give a better typing angle. Sometimes I place a small/thin book to give me the proper angle. But I love the freedom of the wireless feature, and it lasts SOOO long between charges!

I'm a writer, and a digital artist, clacking away at this keyboard is a point of joy. It did take a transitional stage to adapt to it. But now nearly a year later I'm very pleased to just clack away at my stories. To improve the experience a separate matching Bluetooth Num-Pad would be a great add-on. Or a larger keyboard that included the extra keys would be beneficial. Additionally, if the instructions were easy to find online that would be a boon. There is a set of keys you hold down for instance that allows the keyboard to connect to Bluetooth and I forget the pattern. I really did wish that the carriage return lever would be the return key but it controls the LED features. On the whole I'm very satisfied with it there's some wiggle room for improvements though. I do feel I got my value out of the keyboard though. I just wish those modifications were possible.
